Safety Around Water Session

This session, running from 3 PM to 5 PM, will provide important safety tips and training for being around water. The session includes swimming, free fitted life jackets, and expert advice on water safety. Come join us for this essential safety session - and why not bring a friend along, too? Free Beginner Swim Lessons

This top-of-the-line fitness machine provides an intensive, total body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Now's your chance to bring gym-quality training into your own home, all while supporting the Livestrong at the YMCA program for cancer survivors.

5 Days of Action - Child Abuse Prevention

Five Days of Action is a week-long campaign designed to raise awareness and inspire adults to take action to protect children from sexual abuse. This year, the campaign takes place April 24-28, 2023.

The Y will join the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for a free webinar on Friday, April 21 at 12 PM ET to kick off the week-long campaign. Topics will include resources and safety trends to better protect children in-person and online. Please register in advance at THIS LINK.
