Shop to support the West Suburban YMCA! Lularoe retailer Christine Young will be hosting a pop up party at the WSYMCA and donating a portion of the evening's proceeds to our Annual Fund. This is a great opportunity to see and try on clothes often only viewable online. Get a gift for mom for Mother’s Day, leggings for your kids, and of course something for yourself! A portion of your purchase will come back to the West Suburban Y’s Annual Fund.
If you are registered for the Zumba Party for a Purpose you will have early exclusive access to this party from 5:30-6:30. The party will open to the general public at 6:30.

This is a great opportunity to see and try on clothes often only viewable online. Kids' Corner will be available for free for all on a first-come first-serve basis for children ages 3-8 during this event.

Join Emily Patrick, MPH, RD, LDN, a pediatric nutrition specialist who works with KidsWell Pediatrics, for an educational seminar on heatlhy eating for kids.

Talk With Dr. Boaz Levy on Alzheimer's and Dementia
Join us along with Dr. Boaz Levy, a clinical neuropsychologist, who will speak about innovative perspectives on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Dr. Levy will discuss what we can do as individuals and as a community to maintain healthy cognitive functioning as we age. Topics will include lifestyle choices, community supports, and the importance of awareness. The session will be followed by a Q & A. Not Your Average Cause
We are excited that Not Your Average Joe's restaurant in Watertown has picked the Y as the beneficiary of their Not Your Average Cause program.
Have lunch or dinner (dine-in or take-out) at Not Your Average Joe's any Wednesday in April and 15% of your bill will be donated to the Y's Annual Fund.

School Vacation Programs for Students
When school is out, you can count on the Y to keep your children safe and entertained.
Our Sports Department runs a Sports Vacation Clinic - Tue 2/21 - Fri 2/24 from 8:30am to 4pm.
Each day, children will play different sports and games in an active, fun, and supportive environment. Activities include soccer, basketball, baseball, floor hockey, flag football, lacrosse, golf, tennis, capture the flag, doctor dodge, battleship, tennis baseball and more! Children should arrive with a nonperishable peanut-free snack, lunch, and appropriate gym clothing.

Healthy Kids Day
The 25th Annual YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day®, the Y’s national initiative to improve families’ health and well-being, will take place at our Y on Saturday, April 30th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm on the New Balance Track & Field. Please note, Healthy Kids Day will be held inside the Y if it is raining.
This fun and FREE event for families will entertain children of all ages!
Bring your bicycles! We're giving away 100 Bicycle Helmets thanks to the generous support of the Newton Elks and Farina's Bicycles and having a Bicycle Parade.
