Free Pop Up Mediation Class for Members

Have you ever wondered how meditation can support you in your daily life, your workouts, and help guide your stress relief and relaxation?

We are so excited to welcome Siobhan Nicolaou, CHLC, CHT to the WSYMCA as our new Meditation Instructor.

Supporting beginner to advanced meditation practitioners, Siobhan’s grounding meditations help with mental, physical, and overall wellbeing. Guiding you through the visualization processes, she will help you connect your mind, body and spirit.

After wrapping up a successful Fall/Winter Season, Blue Waves is having tryouts for Spring 2024! Tryouts will be held on Monday 4/1 through Thursday 4/4 from 5-7pm at Church St.   Each athlete is required to sign up for one half hour slot.  Tryouts are FREE for WSY members and $10 for community members.  Please see the link HERE and share with any family or friends who might be interested!
