The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they will carry with them throughout their lives. The benefits are far greater than just physical. When kids play sports, they can build confidence, discover their personal best, have fun and be a part of a team!

With our full court gymnasium and New Balance Track & Field, we have the facilities to offer instructional classesleagues and pick up games for all ages, levels and interests from flag football to basketball-which was invented at the Y after all.

6-Week Summer Session 

  • (19SUM) begins June 17th

2-week Sports Sessions - NEW for 2019! 

  • (19SUA) = Summer A Session (6/17-6/27)
  • (19SUB) = Summer B Session (7/8-7/18)
  • (19SUC) = Summer C Session (7/22-8/1)

Instructional Programs and Classes

New this summer! Two-week sessions (Monday-Thursday), evening program times for basketball clinics, soccer, ultimate frisbee and more.

Year-Round Youth Sports Leagues

Youth sports teach sports skills to make it more fun and exciting for emerging athletes. Each program utilizes the Y’s seven principles: everyone plays, safety first, fair play, positive competition, family involvement, sports for all and sports for fun.
