SERVING UP FITNESS FOR PICKLERS

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport worldwide, wonderful for all ages and skill levels. However, with the rise in popularity and the many people who play for hours upon hours day after day, there has been a spike in overuse and injuries. We want to help you stretch and strengthen your body to help improve your skills and stamina while preventing your risk of injuries.  

Join us for complimentary 30-minute demo sessions with our certified personal trainers who will focus on these different aspects of creating a well-rounded and healthy pickler. 

  • Monday, April 3, 7:30-8:00am - STRETCH & BALANCE: A session to enhance muscle flexibility and balance, tailored for pickleball players.
  • Tuesday, April 4 9:00-9:30am - STRENGTHEN: Targeting muscle groups specific to pickleball for improved performance.
  • Thursday, April 6 (10:00-10:30am) - INJURY PREVENTION: Tips and exercises to prevent common on-court injuries.
