Renovation Update - Sept 16

We have some very exciting milestones coming up in our renovation project which will really begin to impact the member experience.

First, we will open the new Preschool Center for Youth Development sometime late next week as Phase 1 of the project ends.  This will mostly impact the families using Preschool. However, this move will help the work in the Phase 2 area continue.  We have been waiting for this space to be vacant to begin work creating our new Group Exercise studio.

Second, the new Cardio Deck will also open sometime in the next two weeks.  We will relocate the current 1st floor cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, crosstrainers, etc.  Once we have this new space open, work can begin to convert the existing cardio space.  This last step allows us to add new elements to our offering.  To see what we are adding please click the link here: http://www.escapefitness.com/uk/new-products/octagon   

The last piece to the renovation is the lobby area or what we are calling “Phase 2”.  This phase includes the new Group Exercise studio.  Unfortunately, some structural surprises and environmental testing has cost us time.  We are currently about three weeks behind schedule with a projected finish date of October 31.
