At the Y, there are abundant opportunities to explore and engage in various sports and activities within a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. From archery and basketball to football, karate, tee ball, tennis, track, soccer, and sports conditioning, there's something for everyone. As the starting point for youth to learn about active living and develop lifelong healthy habits, the Y offers instructional sports classes where participants can have fun, make friends, and enhance their skills. School Vacation Sports Programs

Our Sports Department offers sports clinics for ages 6-12 during school vacation weeks and some school holidays.

Youth Volleyball

Ages 7-12.

Youth Water Polo

Participants must be YMCA in Stage 5 swim lesson or completed stage 5 or higher to participate in water polo.
