Summer Camps | West Suburban YMCA

Best Summer Ever

Summer Camps

Summer Camps have been at the heart of the YMCA's mission for over a century. By their very nature, both Day and Overnight Camping inspire self-confidence, encourage positive growth and development, and create a sense of belonging for children and teens through our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

The West Suburban YMCA's Summer Camps are open from June 19, 2018 through August 31, 2018. We have a flexible half-day option in Camp Pikati for our youngest campers (Ages 3 & 4) and a Leader-in-Training program at all three camps for our oldest campers (Age 15)

Support Camp at the Y!

The West Suburban YMCA is passionate about keeping our doors (and cabins and pools and lakes) open to everyone, regardless of their financial means, year round. In 2017, over 180 campers received assistance to experience the magic of summer camp, when their families might not have been able to otherwise afford it.

Please consider donating to the Y to help even more kids have the best summer ever! To make a gift online, click on the Donate to the Y button and specify "Summer Camp" in the "Let us know why you support the Y" section of the online donation form.

To learn more about how you can support the Y and our camps, please contact our Director of Development, Sara Pollock DeMedeiros, at sarapd@wsymca.org or 617-244-6050 ex. 3099.
