From The Ground Up (Youth)

This small group training class led by Wellness Coordinator and Certified Personal Trainer, Nicholas Livoti, will meet in the fitness center once a week. In this class, we will review proper warm up, breathing and correct form for essential exercises or muscle groups including:
Chest Press, Lunges, Biceps, Bent over rows/back, Squats, Deadlifts, Triceps, Hang cleans/Shoulder press
