FTGSGet Started is a three session program with a trainer who designs a program for you to follow twice per week for one month. During the first session, the trainer meets and assesses your needs and designs your program. During the 2nd and 3rd sessions, the trainer takes you through your written workout so that you know how to do everything safely.
