Boxcon - Class Starts July 8

Try this 60 minute boxing conditioning small group class wit certified trainer Allison. You'll focus on mitt work, stand and heavy bag, fuctional fitness, punches, crunches and more! Burn calories, build lean muscle and relieve stress with BOXCON!

Fitness And Nutrition Consult

Meet with one of our certified trainers for a 60 minute consultation in which our trainer will guide and advise you on the best way to achieve your health and fitness goals through diet and exercise. For more info or to make an appointment with at trainer, please call x3007.

Metcon Starts July 10

Metabolic conditioning is a proven program for building lean muscle, improving cardio conditioning and promoting weight and fat loss. In this small group class with certified trainer, Allison, we will use all functional fitness tools and exercises for a well-balanced, high intensity workout. Modifications are provided as needed.

TRX Fit Starts July 10

Join TRX Team Cerified Coach and ACE certified trainer Allison for an hour of resistance and interval exercise using suspension training and other functional equipment. With an emphasis on core strengthening and balance, build and tone muscle while increasing stability and flexibility.
