Bands Bells & Boxes

This class is right for you if you are looking to have fun while getting active! Learn how to workout using resistance bands, kettle bells, plyometric boxes and more!

Brain Health Workshop Age50-90

Join TRX Team Cerified Coach and ACE certified trainer Allison for an hour of resistance and interval exercise using suspension training and other functional equipment. With an emphasis on core strengthening and balance, build and tone muscle while increasing stability and flexibility. All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided.

Fitness And Nutrition Consult

Meet with one of our certified trainers for a 60 minute consultation in which our trainer will guide and advise you on the best way to achieve your health and fitness goals through diet and exercise. For more info or to make an appointment with at trainer, please call x3007.

Healthy Eaters Ages 3 & 4

This is the age where kids learn about recognizing and responding to hunger cues, develop lifelong eating habits, learn where food comes from, decide how to make good choices and embrace the entire mealtime experience. In this class, kids will have fun learning about farming, gardening, nutrition and taste testing new foods.

Intro To TRX

If you want to learn more about suspension training, this is the class for you! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strenth, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Invigorate Age 11-13

Increase your physical fitness in this class that takes place in the Wellness center with a nationally certified personal trainer. Learn the proper way to use the machine, fitness equipment, as well as the Octagon fitness rig. Your trainer will coach you on ways to help you reach your goals.

Kettlebell 101

Kettlebells are a ballistic fitness tool that will complement any well rounded exercise program. Learn the proper and safe form for hinging, swings, cleans, get ups and more. Join RKC Instructor, Allison for the 7 week small group program and add SAFE practices to your workout regimen.

Kids Yoga Ages 6-10

This class will blend mindful relaxation techniques with age appropriate yoga poses and cooperative yoga inspired games. Throughout the class, children will work on strength, coordination and balance.

Leaps & Bounds

This is a fun full body cross training workout for the teen who's trying to stay in shape and be healthy while having fun in a small group setting.

Metcon 4 Weeks Only

Join certified trainer, Allison, for this 60 minute class focusing on using proven body weight/functional fitness movements to build endurance, gain lean muscle and lose fat. High intensity, metabolic workout in a supportive small group setting. Modifications for all levels provided.

Off Season Athletic Training

Improve your athletic perfromance with this 7 week program. With the supervision of a certified coach/instructor, the program focuses on helping each young athlete or potential athlete, safely develop and improve their power, speed and acceleration through the practice of specific athletic drills and exercises. Improving an individual's power and speed will have a direct positive effect on their athletic performance no matter what sport they particiapte in. All levels are welcome.

Pump And Ride

Take this indoor cycling class to a new level where strength exercises are incorporated into a 75 minute cycle class. Fun music, dumbbells and endorphins get your heart and other muscles pumping through this challenging yet amazing ride.

This weight loss and fitness challenge is designed for those who want to start off 2019 healthy and happy. Participants choose a team with one of our certified trainers. Your team will meet for 45 minutes twice a week for 8 weeks and will complete against the other teams to see whose team can lose the greatest percentage of weight and body fat.

The Y has partnered with MEDA (Multi-service Eating Disorders Association) to offer this 6 week program geared towards high school girls in which they learn to confront unrealistic beauty ideals in a group based setting. Together, they work on the development of a healthy body image through verbal, written and behavioral exercises.

Tween Cycle Ages 10-13

Enjoy the benefits of a structured indoor cycling class filled with instruction, music and fun! Climb "mountains", speed down "hills" jump over "bumps and potholes" AND dance and sing to the music as we build stamina and build cardiovascular health.

Y Empower

This 8 week program is geared toward 10 year old girls. It is intended to provide a small learning community for them to explore their health holistically and be prepared to manage the stress taht adolescence often brings. Half of the time will be spent in a classroom setting discussing topics such as nutrition, social media safety and self care. The second half will be doing specific fitness activities such as yoga, Zumba and swimming. All activities will be designed to give the girls mechanisms to cope and prevent stressors, feel agency over their lives and practice activities that boost confidence and focus on a mind-body connection.

Y Warriors

Calling all Ninjas! This fun class is designed just for you. Run through obstacles, climb and jump over tall structures and ropes, army crawl through tight spaces. Using proper form and fitness techniques, this class will offer fun and excitement for all!
