Peter Babi

Personal Trainer at Church St Y

A student of Physical Therapy Assistant, and certified Personal Trainer from WITS. I come to the field with a fresh and broad spectrum of ideas.

Incorporating the body mechanisms in ROM, joint flexibility, the client’s desires and abilities, I help design programs tailored to fit each individual’s needs. Knowing that the body is a group of systems and working to synchronize these systems is key. Listen to your body, and with my help we can guide it to great heights.

A work out should be fun, something you look forward to doing. Yes, there will be some soreness and aches but not pain. So join me on this fun yet very gratifying journey to a better life!!

Chris Pegues

Personal Trainer at Wells Ave Y

My fitness journey officially started in high school. Being a nationally ranked martial artist in Judo I was 6 ft 1 inches tall and 156 lbs. and desperately trying to compete in the higher weight class. So, my dad bought me a bench and weights. I was bitten by the weightlifting bug. I continued training during my 8-year enlistment in the US Army. When my enlistment ended, I tested for ACSM certification and started helping people attain their fitness goals of transformation. I am currently certified through NASM and my passion for fitness and the desire to help people find their fitness selves is just as alive today as it was back then in the late 1980s.

David Pepin

Personal Trainer at Church St Y

When I started training in the 70’s I had very little guidance. Through the years I have met many people who educated me and helped me understand the science behind training. I want to be a resource if people have questions.
I am very passionate about posture, movement, and strength training. I want people to get the most out of their training.

Revathy “Rev” Rajah

Personal Trainer at Church St Y

Throughout the ups and downs of adult life (including three c-sections and three beautiful daughters!), I always tried to stay active and reaped the benefits.  Now, I am fitter and stronger in my 50s than I was in my 40s. As an older woman who fell in love with strength training, I want to turn the stigma of the older, weaker person on its heel. By paying attention to a few fundamentals like strength training with progressive overload, mobility, nutrition, and cardio training, we can become stronger as we age. Aging is exciting!!!

Ezzy Reyes

Personal Trainer at Church St Y

I served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years, and am earning my Bachelors in Exercise and Health Science. I decided to become a Personal Trainer because fitness has always been a passion of mine. I want to be there for those who want to bring in change.  There’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that challenges them and makes them happy and more confident.  I want to share the benefits of training and growth mindset that contribute to a healthy lifestyle, and also allowed me to fully recover from a serious auto accident.  I will be here to guide you every step of the way of your journey

Susanne Robertson

Personal Trainer at Church St Y

Susanne is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for sports and strength training. As a teen she experienced the difference weight training and various foods had on her sports performance on the Track & Field team.  Since getting her RDN credential, she’s spent years teaching individuals and groups of all ages about healthy eating for optimal health. She has worked with chefs to design meals for severely ill homebound individuals, counseled patients in hospitals, taught children how to make simple and fun meals, and taught nutrition courses at Northeastern University. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Spanish from Worcester State University. She is dedicated to working with each client as a team to develop realistic, achievable, evidence-based goals.  When not at work, you can find her training for sprint triathlons, strength training, playing recreational soccer, or baking with her family.  In addition to nutrition counseling, she offers personal training.
