HIIT SQUAD - For Youth Ages 10-15
This seven-week series is designed for the beginner athlete who is looking to take it to the next level. With cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements. High intensity interval training becomes high intensity by putting in your best effort. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer, improve technique and form.

Youth Strength Training
From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of strength training with a Certified Personal Trainer.  Meet in a small group class in the fitness center. This class we will go over warming up, breathing and correct form for strength training.

This seven-week series is a progressive program that will improve your endurance, muscular strength, mobility and balance.  Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer Michelle Gagne-Bourque and improve your technique and form.

Balance Workshop
Having good balance helps in preventing falls, injury, and simply making your daily activities easier to perform. Maintaining balance is a complex task that requires coordination from your muscles, tendons, bones, eyes, ears and brain. 
Join this 4-week progressive workshop and learn exercises to help improve your strength, flexibility and balance.

TRX
This seven-week series is a hybrid of TRX suspension training and functional fitness strength training. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer Michelle Gagne-Bourque and improve your technique and form.

Women and Weights  

“Women and Weights” is a comprehensive, research-based program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women as they age, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as the importance of stress and sleep management. The program is tailored to help women build strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
