Fitness

Beginner Bootcamp

Small group; low impact progression of bodyweight exercises designed for metabolic contitonaing and full body toning. Outdoors weather permitting.

Hiit Squad

For beginners or athletes, this class will combine proper fitness technique with a cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements. High Intensity Interval Training becomes high intensity by you putting in your best effort; beginners can focus on form, while more experienced can push themselves with faster speeds or light weights during the class. Class will be held either out on the field or in a separate space that allows for distancing with face coverings.

Recovery Day

A certified Personal Trainer and licensed Massage Therapist will guide you through a full body stretch routine that will include some foam rolling, and some self-massage techniques. You’ll release tension and trigger points, increase range of motion and energy after your weeks’ worth of training.

Total Body Kettlebell

1 kettle bell and 8 square feet is all you need for this class! For 8 weeks, each workout will include mobility work to stretch/warm up, and either metabolic conditioning or strength endurance training. Increase range of motion in all major joints, increase your cardiovascular capacity, and increase your muscle tone and muscle density.
