Fitness & Wellness Small Group Training Summaries

Work in a small group with a Certified Personal trainer. Get one on one attention and improve technique form. Meet weekly for 7-week series. Check out our fall offerings below.

Strength Training

From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet in a small group in the fitness center. Also available for youth. This class will go over warming up, breathing and correct form for essential exercises or muscle groups including: 
» Chest press  » Lunges  » Bent over rows/back » Squats  » Deadlifts  » Hang cleans/shoulder press 


Adult Strength Training Meets Wednesday 11:00-11:45 AM 


Youth Strength Training Meets Thursdays 5:00-5:45 PM 
 

Functional Fitness

This seven-week series is a fun, energetic high-intensity interval training class, or HIIT. The progressive programming will improve your endurance, muscular strength, and power through total body exercises. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer and improve your technique and form. 

HIIT Squad  » Youth Fitness  

Ages 10-15
This seven-week series is designed for the beginner athlete who is looking to take it to the next level with cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements. High intensity interval training becomes high intensity by putting in your best effort. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer, improve your technique and form.

Nutrition Reboot Workshop

Are you looking to improve your body composition, improve your health, or just feel more energetic?  
In this nutrition course we will dive deep into the science behind food and how it affects your hormones and your metabolism. We will have fun sharing healthy easy recipes that you and your family will enjoy, along with tips for meal prep.

Core Restore Workshop

With Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Specialist Michelle G-Bourque  
This 90-minute specialized workshop takes you on a deep dive on the anatomy of the core and pelvic floor. Learn how to activate your deep core. Restore weakened muscles from pregnancy and/or abdominal surgery. Detailed attention to repair rectus diastasis (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor instability.  

Partner Prenatal Yoga

With Certified Personal Trainer Michelle G-Bourque  
Connect with your partner learning co-operative yoga poses. Use meditative movement to calm anxiety in both partners. Learn basic massage techniques to soothe moms’ changing body. Find the confidence you need for the big day.
