Fitness & Wellness Small Group Training at Church St Y

New Year's Reset Challenge
Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 p.m.
Wednesdays 11-12 p.m.
Is it time to hit the reset button? This New Year's program combines Nutrition and Fitness. Meet weekly in a small group with a personal trainer. Start with Nutrition weigh-in and set goals for the new year. The following sessions will focus on fitness build strength, increase endurance, improve balance and mobility. You will stay committed to your resolution with the support of the personal trainer and encouragement of the group.  

Strength Training
Tuesday 3-4:40 p.m.
From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet in a small group in the fitness center. Also available for youth. This class will go over warming up, breathing and correct form for essential exercises or muscle groups including: 
» Chest press  » Lunges  » Bent over rows/back » Squats  » Deadlifts  » Hang cleans/shoulder press 

HIIT Squad » Youth Fitness  
Thursdays 5:15-6 p.m.
Ages 10-15
This seven-week series is designed for the beginner athlete who is looking to take it to the next level with cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements. High intensity interval training becomes high intensity by putting in your best effort. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer, improve your technique and form.

Nutrition Reboot Workshop
Mondays 5:30-7 p.m.
Are you looking to improve your body composition, improve your health, or just feel more energetic?  
In this nutrition course we will dive deep into the science behind food and how it affects your hormones and your metabolism. We will have fun sharing healthy easy recipes that you and your family will enjoy, along with tips for meal prep.
