We have programs that fit into everyone’s schedule from personal training and group exercise classes.
We offer many small group training classes as well to give you a personalized workout with a support network.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This seven-week series is a fun, energetic highintensity interval training class, or HIIT. The progressive
programming will improve your endurance, muscular strength, and power through total body exercises. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer and improve your technique and form.
WOMEN AND WEIGHTS

“Women and Weights” is a comprehensive, researchbased program designed to address the unique hormonal challenges faced by women as they age, focusing on the prevention of osteoporosis, mitigation of weight gain and muscle loss, as well as
the importance of stress sand sleep management. The program is tailored to help women build strength, confidence, and overall well-being.

This seven-week series is designed for the beginner athlete who is looking to take it to the next level. With cross-training workout that includes cardio and strength elements. High intensity interval training becomes high intensity by putting in your best effort. Get one on one attention from a certified personal trainer, improve technique and form.
BEGINNERS YOGA

Explores the fundamentals with these beginner practices designed to help you feel brighter and clearer. In this 7 - week class we will look at ways to find a comfortable seat, basic sun salutations, beginner backbends, breath awareness, meditation, and various breakdowns of common postures.
