Operations Update: Gov. Baker's Capacity Limits

Dec 23, 2020

Yesterday, Governor Baker announced plans to further restrict capacity limitations to 25 percent at most industries, including restaurants, theaters, performance venues, personal services, casinos, offices, places of worship, retail, golf facilities, libraries, fitness centers and health clubs, among other sectors.

The new order will remain in effect for two weeks beginning Saturday, December 26th.

What does this mean for the Y?

We will continue to monitor capacity in our facility, as we have done since our reopening. We do not anticipate the 25 percent capacity limitation to significantly impact our operations, given that our facility is 70,000 square feet.

Please continue to check our website for operations updates.
