Commit to Be Fit: A Summer Fitness Challenge at the Y

Summer is here, and with it comes a whirlwind of activities, from family vacations to beach outings and barbecues. Amidst all the excitement, it can be tough to stick to your health and wellness routines. That's why we're introducing the "Commit to Be Fit" challenge at the Y to help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.
 
1: The Challenge
Our "Commit to Be Fit" challenge encourages you to visit the Y and work out at least 20 times each month during May, June, July, and August. By setting this goal, you'll create a consistent fitness routine that will help you stay active and healthy all summer long. Don't forget to register for this FREE program each month to participate.
 
2: The Rewards
For every month you reach your goal of 20 workouts, you'll win a 30-minute personal training session with one of our certified trainers. These sessions are invaluable, offering personalized guidance and support to help you achieve even greater fitness milestones. Remember, you must register for the program each month to be eligible for these free sessions.
 
 3: Staying Motivated
It's important to stay motivated throughout the summer months to keep up with your fitness goals. Here are a few tips to help you stay committed to your "Commit to Be Fit" challenge:
 
  • Set achievable goals: Start with a goal that's attainable for you and adjust it as needed throughout the summer.
  • Track your progress: Keep a workout log to track your progress and celebrate your achievements.
  • Buddy up: Invite friends and family to join the challenge, and support each other along the way.
  • Mix it up: Try new workout classes or activities at the Y to keep things interesting and prevent boredom.
