New YMCA Online Account & Registration System

 

Our new membership system will allow you to search easily for programs, manage your WSYMCA account, make payments and manage payment methods.  Log in, here. For members and non-members who currently have an online account with WSYMCA, we wanted to let you know what this change will mean for you.

 

Why is WSYMCA making this change?

  • After a thorough evaluation, we chose a new software partner to help us better serve our members.

  • Our new software will offer a better online program search and registration experience and transactional simplicity.

 

When will the change happen?

  • WSYMCA will shut down online account access July 31, 2022.

  • Starting on Friday afternoon, August 5, 2022 you will be able to confirm your existing account and create a new password here.

  • Note that you will need to create a new password for your online account before registering for Early Fall programs on August 8, 2022.
  • Note that changes to Payment Methods won’t be available at all from July 31-Aug 5, 2022.

 

How can you register for your new online account?

  • Starting on Friday afternoon, August 5, 2022 you will be able to confirm your existing account and create a new password here.

  • You will need to create a new password for your online account -- your previous password will not work with the new system.

    1. Log in to your account by entering the email address associated with your YMCA account, or by your YMCA Access ID and birthdate. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email.
    2. If either of those options do not work, please call the front desk at 617-244-6050. Do not make a new account.
    3. If you have multiple children and you do not see them all listed under your account, please contact the front desk.

What will you be able to do in your new WSYMCA online account?

  • Search and Register for Programs.

  • Manage your West Suburban YMCA account.

  • Make payments and manage payment methods.
  • View transactions (going forward only. Historical transactions will not be available on this platform).
  • View branch check-in info.

 

What will not be available in your new WSYMCA online account?

  • Transaction history prior to July 31, 2022 will no longer be available online. All your previous transactions will be available by asking the front desk. Note that all transactions made after August 5, 2022 will be available in your online account.
