Resolutions Fitness Challenge

Choose a trainer ... be on a team ... get healthy and lean for 2018!

This weight loss and fitness challenge is designed for those who want to start off 2018 healthy. Participants can choose a team with one of our certified trainers (up to eight people per team). Your team will meet for 45 minutes two times per week for 8 weeks and will compete against other teams to see whose team can lose the greatest percentage of weight and body fat over the course of the challenge.

WSYMCA Members:  $200

Non-Members: $300
