How to Sign-up for a Membership at the WSYMCA

  1. If you have never been to the West Suburban YMCA before, create an account on our online registration system using a valid email address. Click “Create an Account” and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. If you have been to the West Suburban YMCA before, go to our online registration system and use the email address on file to log in to your account.
    1. Log in to your account by entering the email address associated with your YMCA account, or by your YMCA Access ID and birthdate. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email.
    2. If either of those options do not work, please call the front desk at 617-244-6050. Do not make a new account.
    3. If you have multiple children and you do not see them all listed under your account, please contact the front desk.
  3. Choose your membership type. Membership types are based on age for individual and couple memberships or number of adults for family memberships. Follow the prompts to finish the membership registration process. A prorated payment will be due to finalize the membership.
    1. Financial assistance is available based on household income and household size. Please see the financial aid section of our website or email financialaid@wsymca.org for more information.
  4. Upon your first visit, please come to our Welcome Center to get your member ID card, have your picture taken and sign off on our membership policies, code of conduct, and liability waiver.
